Avant Guard @ X-Initiative’S No Soul For Sale

Avant Guard, a fanzine, reunites exciting New York artists. In addition to their success, they share a common past; these artists all worked as guards at the DIA Arts Center on West 22nd Street, the space currently occupied by X-Initiative. The zine commemorates these artist’s time at DIA with images, writings, and memorabilia.
Commissioned by Swiss Institute, Avant Guard, will be unguarded at X-Initiative’s No Soul For Sale with the offer to steal your personal copy (Price $ 1).
No Soul for Sale is a festival of independent not-for-profit and alternative institutions from around the world, they will converge at X-Initiative from June 24 – June 28, 2009.
