NEUTRAL CAPITAL / PETER SIMENSKY
The S I is excited to launch a new project with artist Peter
Simensky. Neutral Capital aims to develop and implement an
alternative currency, creating a concurrent art-economy functioning
within the fair.
For this project Simensky and the S I are producing
gorgeous limited edition cases filled with printed bills designed
by the artist from clippings and collaging of artwork from
money of over twenty failing world economies. These cases
will be available for sale at the SI 's booth and will function
both as desirable limited edition art works in themselves,
but also function as currency to be used for trade for artworks
at other galleries' booths throughout the fair.
