About the readers:

CAROLINE KNOX's fifth collection He Paves the Road with Iron Bars appeared from Verse Press in May 2004. Her work has appeared in American Scholar, New Republic, Paris Review, Poetry, and elsewhere.

IDRA NOVEY, a recent recipient of a grant from the PEN Translation Fund, is now completing a translated collection of poetry by Brazilian writer Paulo Henriques Britto. She teaches writing at Columbia University.

JEFFREY YANG works as an editor at New Directions Publishing. He has completed a translation of the Qian Jia Shi entitled Rhythm 226.

MATVEI YANKELEVICH is editor of the Eastern European Poets Series from Ugly Duckling Presse. His translations of Daniil Kharms and Alexander Vvedensky have been published in various magazines, and are forthcoming in an anthology of OBERIU writing from Northwestern University Press.
